Civility rules – rules of procedure changes.
Still the question of whether or not we the people can ask questions through the chairman as is stated in the rules of procedure. Can we ask questions? The parliamentarian has no answer.
Talked about civility. Areas of free speech.
Citizens were accused of sending threatening email. We asked for those emails. The county attorney said they would not share the emails. The statute given as an excuse was not related. We asked again. We were told that there were no emails. Is this civilized? The citizens are accused of being threatening, ask for the documents and are told they don’t exist. Civility goes both ways.
