Clapping Banned

Commissioners in Charlotte County allow applause for their own actions but do not allow any sort of applause (CLAPPING IS BANNED) for ideas or comments proposed by the people. Clapping is a form of expression just like speech. This is a violation of the first amendment of our Constitution. This commission is totally out of control. The people of Charlotte County need to clean house starting with the August election. Recall the rest.

This is just one example of the disdain that our commissioners have for we the people.
