FALSIFYING, LYING, OMITTING?

I certify that all statements made in this application are true, complete and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and are made in good faith.”

County Administrator Ray Sandrock says this guy answered in “good faith”! Commissioners…what do you think? Why don’t you give the torturer another 3% raise? And Sandrock, too.
