Commissioners in Charlotte County allow applause for their own actions but do not allow any sort of applause (CLAPPING IS BANNED) for ideas or comments proposed by the people. Clapping is a form of expression just like speech. This is a violation of the first amendment of our Constitution. This commission is totally out of control.
