Our thanks to a concerned observer. Why is the refrigerator outside? A Tale of Waste and Incompetence 1. Lynette Auger, employee fondly known as the Turtle Lady, found a dead turtle while on the job. One of her job responsibilities is to preserve dead turtles and turn them over to someone who investigates the cause of death. Preserving the turtle means it needs to be frozen. 2.
